Buckley, R. B. (1995) "What Happens When Funding is not an Issue?" Educational Leadership, 53, 64-66.

In the 1993-94 school year, the Flood Brook School in Londonderry, Vermont, received a $1.1 million trust fund, established exclusively to bring technology into the school. Buckley, the principal of Flood Brook School, reports on the goals established by the Technology Committee and the subsequent changes that have occurred in the last two years as a result. The report is especially interesting because the impetus to use technology came from practicality, yet the results have been similar to programs which began from a more theoretical perspective.
