Kulik, J. A. and Kulik, C-L. (1989) "Effectiveness of Computer- based Instruction." School Library Media Quarterly, 17, 156-159.

The Kuliks have conducted four meta-analyses of a total of 254 comparative studies of computer-based instruction, which makes theirs among the most comprehensive of such studies. The most important research finding they report is that computer-based instruction programs have produced positive effects on student learning and attitudes.
