List of Creditors

BRA section 521(1) and Bankruptcy Rule 1007(a) require the debtor to file with a voluntary petition a list of creditors. In an involuntary case the list of creditors must be filed within fifteen days after an order for relief has been entered, unless a schedule of liabilities has already been filed.
