            II. Two open book exams, 100 points @

            III. Final Exam, 200 pts

Calculators would be allowed on all exams

Grading scale

            450-500 pts ===> A

            400-449 pts ===> B

            350-399 pts ===> C

            300-349 pts ===> D

            below 300 pts, not passing
