Although primarily a reference for women, we believe men too can learn from the information presented here. If you are a woman in Southern Arizona, particularly the Tucson area, this page also contains material specific to you. All others are welcome. In fact, it is the hope of the creators of this site that this information be given freely to any and all who need it. In that spirit, anything contained on this page is for public consumption and use.
Violence is an epidemic in this country. It is everywhere, sitcoms, the nightly news, and in our own lives. It is not something any of us can ignore. It is imperative that victims know that they are truly victims and not responsible for the violence that is being aimed toward them. We must lead the way for the women in our lives who are drowning in a sea of violence and hopelessness. Please take what you have learned here and share it with someone who needs to know, it will change their lives. Let us educate each other in hopes that we can put a stop to these crimes. Take a stand against violence in your own life and encourage others to take a stand as well. Together we can make a difference.
