An online textbook used in online technical-communication courses at Austin Commuity College, with samples and solid guidelines. Very useful source, but please be sure to credit the author if you use the materials.

Distributed Learning

Information technology and higher education national group. The comprehensive site includes links to resources, reviews, a journal, listserv, policy and advocacy projects.

Through its funding and study of technology and instructional programs, this program has had a great deal of impact on online education. The site includes funding initiatives, symposia, and the newsletter.
