Center for Professional Communication
3333 E. Main Street, Suite 16
Tucson, Arizona 85712

Dear Ms. Pearce:

First, I would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to hold an internship with the Center for Professional Communication. I plan to use this opportunity as a learning experience and plan to complete each of my designated tasks to the best of my ability. If unfamiliar with certain material or programs, I will acquire the necessary information to master the task. Entering into the internship with a basis of knowledge in several computer programs, I will gladly guide other interns who may require some assistance.

Communication is key to success in professional situations. I understand that along with this internship comes the responsibility of learning all that I can about the communication techniques, barriers, misconceptions, and processes of other humans. I feel that working cooperatively with other interns will truly benefit everyone involved with the organization. We will all learn from each other while learning from ourselves.

Again, I thank you for this opportunity. I will work hard to promote a positive working environment for everybody involved with the Center for Professional Communication. I will always give my best effort and am greatly looking forward to working with you. Please feel free to contact me through email at r##@u.arizona.edu.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Singer
