This letter is pertaining to a report that shows the positive effects a new filing system is having on Wilmot Pharmacy. Now that the report is complete, it can be viewed for assessment.
The report was written because a filing system was needed to better organize the office. Communication between the pharmacist and bookkeeper was suffering, and this new filing system is helping to improve that communication. The report gives more details about this.
