Re: University of Arizona Bookstore Mail-Order Brochure

Dear Head of Marketing:

The enclosed report provides you with a comprehensive analysis of how the University of Arizona Bookstore can benefit from implementing a mail order brochure for incoming University of Arizona (U of A) students and a sample mail-order brochure. This report was created in an effort to demonstrate to the U of A bookstore that there is a market to sell U of A merchandise and apparel to incoming U of A students via a mail-order brochure. This report contains statistical information pertaining to the potential income source this brochure would create. The report also identifies the overhead costs of producing this brochure. We believe our report will provide the U of A Bookstore with a first-rate plan to provide an important service to the incoming U of A student as well as being a truly valuable extra source of income for the University Bookstore.

You will find a sample mail-order brochure in Appendix A.

Sincerely,

Max Smith, Sheila Smith, Daira Smith and Sybil Smith
